On the occasion of the Euro 2008 Championship, a global franchise in credit cards business used the NoPrimeTime platform to present itself as one of the main official partners of the event. Its ad (a 10 seconds pre-roll video) was placed before all the Euro 2008 related video content shown the website of the national Romanian television. The campaign success can be measured, beside the branding effects, by the very impressive CTR (Click-through rate) of 2.13% (much more than a traditional banner campaign). Moreover, the percentage of complete views of the online videos with embedded ads was 96.27%. This reveals the fact that, even if based on a pre roll ad, the campaign was not intrusive.
